Combines deep tissue techniques where needed, with Swedish massage to relax, as well as a variety of other techniques to suit your individual needs.

Can be combined with sports massage techniques if there is an issue in a joint.  Even with this massage you will find yourself surprisingly in deep relaxation... at least in the end!

Beneficial in all stages of pregnancy.  Will be side lying once in the second trimester or sooner if desired.  Once you are upon your due date, I can do induction massage as well.

Long kneading strokes are used to relax and energize.

This therapeutic massage is designed to activate your bodies natural healing abilities through the reflexology points on your hands and feet. Also included (unless specified otherwise) is neck, jaw and scalp massage utilizing acupressure points to relieve stress and tension.

For jaw muscles that are overly tight or imbalanced, this massage works to restore normal muscle tone and balance between the TMJ muscles, by massaging the jaw, head, neck and shoulders.

This massage melts tension away eases muscle tension and increases circulation.  Deeper muscle relaxation is promoted through the massage techniques of the smooth water heated stones. (Only offered at Enchente)
